| Category | Use the drop down menu and choose a category. If your item does not fall within any specific category please use the "Other" category and enter details in the "Description and any other information" section. |

Enter a short description of the item being entered - e.g.

| Description and any other information | Please add whatever descriptive information you feel necessary to describe your
item to potential customers. |

| Picture | To submit a picture of your sale item click
on the Browse button and select your picture from where ever it is
stored in your computer and click "Open". We only except JPeg pictures with an extension of .jpg. You may submit a picture of any size, we will resize the picture to a maximum of 330 pixels wide or 220 pixels high. Warning If you enter pictures much larger than this it will be very slow to submit the advert - please be patient, don't keep clicking - it could take a minute or two to transmit the photo. Pictures of a landscape format look best with your advert. |

| Price | Enter the price you are asking for the item without the £ sign - e.g. 120. N.B. The price you enter here may be affected by the application of VAT or not, so please read the VAT Included section below carefully. If you are selling second hand goods privately VAT will not normally be applicable. |

| VAT Included | "Yes" means that the price you are selling at is "including VAT" "No" means that the price quoted is "exclusive of VAT" but that VAT will be charged to the buyer. "Not Applicable" means that the transaction is outside the scope of VAT regulations. N.B. If you are in any doubt as to whether VAT is applicable to your transaction we recommend that you enquire at your local HM Customs and Excise office. |
