The advertisers endeavour to make the sale details accurate and reliable but they should not be relied upon as statements of fact and they do not constitute any part of an offer or contract. WBS strongly recommend that all information which is provided about any sale item is verified by yourself or your advisers.

Customer's advertisements are accepted on the specific understanding that the following terms and conditions are applicable:-

WBS will not in any way be held responsible for any inaccuracy within an advertisement. It is the seller's responsibility to provide a full and accurate description to us.

    		•  WBS will not accept any responsibility for the outcome of any Sale, Loan, Rent, Lease, Exchange or any other type of transaction emanating from one of our web advertisements.

    		•  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure items purchased entirely meet their needs.

    		•  It is the Advertiser's / Owner's responsibility to declare any known defects or vices to prospective buyers.
  •  
    		•  Where vehicles are being bought, the use of a motoring organisation inspection e.g. AA, RAC, Green Flag etc may be prudent.

    Where mechanical or safety items are being purchased we recommend the use of a suitably qualified person to inspect, test and/or fit the items.

    		 Your advertisement may appear on other motorcycle websites at the discretion of WBS in order to give the widest marketing coverage.
